Kuih Akok is very popular among the Kelantan communities. The cake is sweet made of a mixture of wheat flour, egg, palm sugar, coconut milk and pandanus leaf. This cake still uses the traditional method of baking that is using coconut husk, said to help maintain the true taste of this traditional cake, a heritage of Kelantan.
