RAW FISH IN LIME JUICE

Umai is a traditional dish of the Melanau ethnic based on raw fish (Umai Ikan) or raw prawn (Umai Udang). The types of fish used are like herring, pomfret, shark and freshwater fish. The raw flesh is cleaned and mixed with red onion, big onion, chilies, lime juice, ginger and other side ingredients according to one's own choice.
